December 19, 2012 "Endangered Species" in CWA's 2013 National

I am very excited about the selection of my watercolor "Endangered Species" for the California Watercolor Association's 43rd National Exhibition.  The exhibition will present 80 paintings, selected from 834 images submitted by 385 artists nationwide.

The show takes place at the Harrington Gallery in the Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton, CA from January 17 to February. 16, 2013.  I am looking forward to attending the Opening Reception and to meet the Juror Mike Bailey.  And the trip will provide me with a chance to visit an old friend I haven't seen in 20 years.
